The Overhead Press: Not Fit? Don't Stress!! Just Press
|
|
Now, in my last two articles, I have covered two of the most important and functional movements: the squat and the deadlift. Now, for the final installment, I am going to discuss how to properly perform a standing overhead press, or military press. This motion is obviously used to push objects overhead. So, once again, the overhead press is not only extremely functional but is fundamental in helping to build a firm athletic base regardless of your fitness goals.
