What’s the worst thing you could do with a prescription medication?
Take it the wrong way. Apparently that’s great fun for some people who use Phentermine. I’ve met plenty of people who take it for casual weight loss. Even worse, some people take double, triple or even quadruple the maximum safe dosage.
But what’s the very worst I’ve seen?
Snorting Phentermine
Yes, someone just told me about a friend who would grind it up into a powder like cocaine and then snort it off the table. What an idiot. She refuses to believe she’s hurting her body and ruining her face.
You may ask yourself, “Why do I need to exercise AT LEAST three days a week?” There are plenty of reasons why you should be exercising and exercising consistently. There is not a single person that cannot gain something from some level of physical activity, whether it is walking around the neighborhood or lifting heavy weights at the gym. Simply put, exercise is an integral part of the journey toward good health.
What kind of benefits should you come to expect from working out three days a week? Exercise can alleviate many problems that some of us may deal with regularly. For instance, regular exercise helps to lower excess blood sugar and improve circulation in order to help with diabetes.

The fact is, our bodies have a minimum energy requirement that does no more than maintain one’s vital functions while at rest. This is called your basal metabolic rate. If you regularly restrict calories then your body establishes a new, lower, metabolic set point. This essentially determines how fast your metabolism is. By lowering your metabolic set point, you deposit fat more easily since your body can no longer burn excess calories as well as it once could. Other than allowing for a slower metabolism, here are some more serious side effects that can accompany restrictive diets:
Are most meals you eat homemade? If so, then you will be not only saving more money but will be eating healthier too. If finances are tight, then some studies have found that eating right at home is almost half the cost of dining out in most scenarios. The big problem though with eating out is the lack of portion control and the chefs choosing richer ingredients in favor of healthier ones. It has been confirmed by USA TODAY that people consume 50% more calories at restaurants than at home. And to make matters worse, most of these meals are fast food meals that are lacking vitamin-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and beans. This prolonged lack of nutritious food certainly explains a link to numerous cancers.
