Did you drink enough water today?
Here are 4 reasons why you should. If you want to lose weight, water is a hidden gem among weight loss tools.
- Water aids in flushing out waste products and metabolized fat - this is an important point in relation to Phentramin as Phentramin helps metabolize fat.
- Water tends to suppress appetite
- Water actually helps metabolize stored fat. This is due to the water-kidney-liver function cycle. In simplified terms, it goes like this: Without proper hydration, the kidneys are unable to function optimally. When this occurs, the liver takes over some of the load of the kidneys. One of the liver’s functions is to metabolize stored fat, turning it into usable energy for the body. If the liver is called on to assist the kidneys, it cannot operate at full capacity, therefore it metabolizes less fat. In other words, an increase in water intake reduces body fat while a decrease in water consumption actually increases body fat.
- Drinking adequate water also rids the body of excess fluid. This might seem contradictory until you understand that when the body is deprived of water, it perceives survival-threatening state of emergency and defense mechanisms are activated to store water, especially in extra-cellular spaces. If you want to get rid of excess fluid, drink a lot of water!
I got these valuable weight loss tips from Arley Vest, 5 time bodybuilding champion and owner of Lazarus Labs. Lazarus Labs manufactures the Phentramin appetite suppressant.

Hi guys
I’m looking to whiten my teeth but not sure which whitening kit is the best and was wondering if anyone had any advice.
I tried the crest whitestrips and they didn’t keep my teeth white.. they started turning yellow after a week or two.
Sorry if its a bit off-topic but I really need some advice as I am attending my high school reunion next week and don’t want yellow teeth
Thanks!

A few days ago I read that there is a cure for diabetes on www.healthcaredaily.org
Is this way of curing diabetes mentioned actually true, If so I should have found out earlier! The website www.healthcaredaily.org looks legit
Could you someone tell me if this healthcare information is for real?
Thanks
