I was prescribed adipex first and I just did not like the results at all. It worked for a while and then it plateaued and I did not feel like it was working anymore. My doctor just prescribed me Bontril 150mg SR and today is my first time taking it. I never weighed more than 120lbs until after my Emergency Full hysterectomy where after my metabolism went from high to non-existent. I go to the gym and diet so I'm hoping this will help me lose the weight I need to lose.

Bontril 105 capsules were great for me. I am a 53 year old woman and my metabolism was at near 0 before Bontril. Although I am not obese I carried all the bad weight in the belly; suffered from constant bloating,constipation and just overall yuckiness. With Bontril I lost the belly fat..felt better than I had in 15 years both physically and emotionally. I was surprised to see my doctor change my rx to Adipex which I truely hate. My weight is creeping back up even with me eating healthy and the lethargy is once again settling in. I stayed at a healthy 117 lbs for 3 yrs with the help of Bontril..with blood work and other tests always normal.I give Bontril a rating of 10 for effectiveness, safety, quality and ease of dosage.

I started taking them in January 2012. Was a very slow start but the weight just started falling off after about 3 month. I did change my eating habits never did exercise. In 8 months I've lost 90lbs. This stuff really does work but you change the way you eat.

@Erin you cannot get it without a prescription, that would be illegal and most sites that claim to sell it are just trying to rip you off. If you want real Bontril you need to see your doctor

Very good, average weight loss 1lb per week. Yes,I have more energy,but still able to sleep very well at night,maybe because I work out 5-6 hrs weekly. I am on my seven month, my DR told me I have 3 more months on it, by then I should be at a "my" goal weight. I feel better and have peace of mind because it has been was prescribed.
