Here are the PhenForum Contest Details:
The contest ends on the last day of each month at midnight.
The rule is simple - post in the forums to
support and help other members lose weight. These posts must
NOT be one-liners and worthless. Come to contribute and win,
not push the boundaries.
How to Win?
There are a few minimum requirements that must be met as
well which you can read about below. All participants can
keep track of how many posts they have for the current month
using this
tool. In order to qualify, the top poster must
have at least 100 posts for the current month. This
means that if the top poster only made 25 posts, there will
be no winner that month.
The posts you make must be 100% original content.
This will be triple checked by our staff and copying
someone else's post, or content from another site, and copying
will automatically disqualify you from the contest.
Anyone found to be trying to twist results in any way will
be automatically disqualified from the contest and permanently
banned from the forum. Lastly, one person is limited to winning
the contest once every 3 months. This way, anyone has a chance!
