Just a note to everyone, watch out for snacking on sugary fruits
like grapes! I get thirsty and have the "munchies" at night, so
grapes seem like a great idea. After all, they must be healthy, right?
Well, since they're pretty sugary, that will upset the balance of sugar
in your body, and most likely give you a bit of energy, then a crash
where you feel terrible.
So, make sure you know the basic nutrition balance of the foods you
eat, even if they are thought of as healthy.
