Ok here is my daily recap-WATP this morning followed by 30 minutes on the total gym  I was bad and skipped breakfast and dinner :( for supper I made lean ground beef mixed with ground chicken breast with mexican spices on wheat tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. I doctored mine with some hot sauce and I am sure I will regret that later! Over 100oz of water so far today :drinkers: and still drinking! I really need to do better on the eating! I know skipping meals is bad. [-X
