I was thinking aobut trying some supplements but my doctor recommended to buy Phentermine 30 mg. I'm glad I tried it though because i lost 60 pounds using phentermine in around 7 months. I'm just afriad to stop using it though cause I don't know if i'll regain all my weight. That seems to happen to lots of people, so when I do stop taking phen I'm going to continue with my new, better lifestyle (and clothes!) so that doesn't happen to me.
