Hey no don't be sad, it's natural. I have the same trouble at times, also.
Try this: Go to the store and buy some baby carrots, and then even though
it seems like they couldn't satisfy you at all, start snacking on them.
When you're snacking on the carrots, think about how much better it is
for your body, and it's not THAT bad to eat. Think about how you just
made a very good choice, and in the long run, it's much better than
the junk food.
Do you snack late at night? I'm trying to get out of the habit, but I do it
pretty regularly since I stay up working. I try drinking tons of
water, but
of course that makes me have to get up in the middle of sleep; so I just
try to make my snacks healthy.
I've noticed that when I eat junk food or anything with tons of carbs or
fat late at night, I wake up with a terrible hunger in my stomach that won't
go away no matter what. So, I always feel much better eating the carrots.
Plus, I'm nervous, so their nice crunch and refreshing coldness makes
me feel much better.

By the way, I think I can safely say you don't need Phen any more.
Now you just have to take over by showing your body that eating
right and exercising just feels better all the time.
