I decided at 265lbs I needed to finally face it and deal with my weight. I went for years denying I had gotten this big--I fooled myself into believing I was big-but not that big. I even spent alot of time being ashamed-not wanting to go out or do anything. I was ashamed, embarrassed and overwhelmed that I could ever be at a healthy weight.

Where does someone this big start?? Exercise? Get real! I huffed and puffed after tying my shoe laces-that was a workout for me!

I cant say exactly what made me decide to change things-maybe it was alot of things-but basically I decided to stop watching tv and eating snack cakes while watching the diet infomercials and do something!!

I dont care what diet plan you decide to follow all you really need is to be ready to really do it and take one day at a time. I have slipped more times than I can count but everyday is a new day so I just keep going and learning from day to day what works and doesnt work.

Dont feel like you are the only person with these issues! With support and inspiration we can do this!! PDT_Love_06
