oh no i'm not worried about water weight. I know thats always the first to go, i was just advised to drink green tea since i was cutting coffee out. I chugged two tumblers full of hot green tea each morning of this "phen" period (two weeks) and was wondering why on the first three days or so i had the side effects and was losing weight but then stopped all together (no side effects hardly and hungry again and no losing) and Ian on this board (who seems very knowledgable of this stuff) told me that it could be that green tea is making it pass through faster...that would explain it, but i'm going to put that theory to the test this week and not drink the green tea. see if side effects and weight loss continue. i'll keep ya'll posted@
