This makes a serving for one, so if you need are larger amount, adjust accordingly.

1/2 Cup Fat free or low-fat cottage cheese

1 small apple, peeled and diced

2 Tablespoons raisins

2 teaspoons mayo or salad dressing

Mix these together and sprinkle with a little Cinnamon.
