That's a great goal, Cyn. I will always (maybe) remember that day when
I was snacking on carrots and strawberries, and I realized that I just
felt SO much better than before, when snacks included coke and doritos.
UGH the heartburn I got in those days! It was terrible. I couldn't sleep.
But now that my meals are more nutritious and balanced, I feel great
almost all the time, and I'm not looking back.
