I think that Phen helps alot. I stop taking it every couple of months for at least 3 weeks at a time and I do not gain while I am off of it. When I start to take it again I always get the effects right away, no appetite, dry mouth, insomnia and that stuff. it helps me if I drink a ton of water when I first start taking it again... I would reccomend it to anyone that is healthy enough to take it. I feel it is worth the money.
