I have to agree with Cyn. We can't tell you how fast you should be losing
the pounds, since it varies so much between different people.

All I can say is that you're putting in a great effort so far, and it will certainly
pay off for you. Exercising 5-6 times per week? That's great!

Keep up the good work and you will succeed.
