Good post. I think it is important to always have a snack with you. If you get hungry then you can be sure to stick to SBD instead of trying to find something that you can eat while out. Phase 1 is the strict Phase and hardest to follow. You need to have easy meals and snacks prepared for yourself to stick with it.

Also, you should NEVER go hungry. If you are hungry then EAT!
