This is the step where you learn to deal with emotional baggage and all the stresses of life without using food to do it. Eating out of boredom, eating for comfort, eating out of anger and other emotions is a big problem for most people. The urge to eat the problems away needs to be replaced with dealing with the issues head on instead of having a twinkie!
