I have heard that many people do benefit from the 6 small meals per day--but when you are a busy person how do you find time for the 6 meals? I dont currently work but when I was working I worked 12 hour days and there would have been no possible way to have 6 meals. I think this idea could work for alot of people but everyone is different and I think every person has to find what works for them on an individual basis.
