I've been looking at your accountability notes, and I think you need
to be eating a more balanced breafast.

A banana is not complete nutrition to start your day. It is almost all
carbohydrate, so you need some protein in there somewhere.

I'm not sure of the nutritional value of a turkey hot dog. Would you
mind posting the nutrition facts for one of them?

Well, I know you rarely are "bad" and do things like eating McD's.
I've noticed that if I eat that kind of food, I become depressed,
I gain a few pounds, and I feel tired. By that point, working out
is almost out of the question, and I have so much saturated fat
in my body that I feel like it won't help, either.

In summary, I hope you will try to eat a balanced breakfast that
includes a little more food than just a banana; and I know that if
you focus very hard on preparing healthy dinners with foods like
lean meats and dark green vegetables, you will have no problem
later on when it's time to resist the bad stuff.
