stay active - increase intensity of the activity as time passes. . . as you get smaller the rate of loss will go down too - so don't expect to lose 5 lbs every 10 days
smaller but more frequent meals may help too - don't let yourself get hungry . . . graze on fresh fruit (grapes, berries & melons) & vegetables during the day if you're a busy bee like me
food is fuel - the purer more wholesome foods will yeild the best results over time.
