:( I weighed myself yesterday, and I am now back up to 184!!!! I about started crying at work! (That is where I weigh myself!) I am so disappointed in myself, so last night, I took about a 45 min. walk, and had a side salad for dinner with low fat itallian which is only 3 grams of fat. I have a 1/2 tablet left, so I don't know what I am going to do. If anyone has some advice for me...please post!! Thanks!
