:-) Well here I go just started on DUROMINE today,[Aussie Phen],I weigh by the doctors scales 112kg or 247lbs.I am 5'8" and have a large frame,I know everyone says they have 'big bones' but I actually do.I was very active/fit before I had my 2 kids,I did boxing training for three years until I found out I was pregnant.Having very large wrists/fists was a good advantage in womens boxing.I used to spar in the ring with the guys as there were no girls to do it with.I was very good,but at boxing fit 82kgs there was no girl in australia close to my weight.I couldnt get a fight,I trained 5 days a week in the gym.I also jogged with a friend who did a bit of training with me 3 days a week.I had great muscles on my arms and legs,and you could just see six pack on my stomach.That all changed when I became pregnant,I slowed down my traing and couldnt do any sparring.The jogging came next,one big slide down the fitness ladder.I kept working until my uniform would not fit anymore,a month before he was born.I became a stay at home mum,no working all day on my feet,no more training/jogging. :( Its now 4yrs later and after baby number 2 less than 2yrs after the first I am the good year blimp!!! I am going to give this everything Ive got to get fit/lose weight.I am a member of a gym and am moderately fit. :smile:BYE.
