:smile: The support from this group will really help me stick to it.I want to get down to about 155-160,68-70kgs.I have many temptations around with the kids snacks in the cupboard.But the duro/phen has really kicked in today.Hardly eaten all day.I will weigh myself every thursday and put it in here!My husband doesnt like me to lose weight because I might look too good to other guys.He sabotages me by bringing home blocks of chocolate/chips/lollies etc.I just laugh and say no thanks,but sometimes I cant resist.Im going to cook low fat meals all the time,make a whole lifestyle change.Went to see war of the worlds at the cinema today,all the fattening popcorn smelt so good.But I just got a large diet coke/small pack of lollies instead.Great movie-scared the hell out of me!!!BYE :eek:
