:smile: :-D Getting really hyped on the phen,the treadmill at the gym is getting a good workout.I have been doin weights in the gym too.The house work is not so much a chore any more,the phen has kicked in!!!I have not been eating hardly anything.I am reading a heap of health/fitness magazines that I borrowed from the library[too expensive to buy!],they are giving me lots of tips/insperation. When I lose a few more pounds,I am going to do a few more aerobics classes.I was doing one every day,but when I got to 246 I couldnt keep up.I love step classes,and I also want to try RPM,bike classes.Weighed myself at the shoping center today and it said I was 106kgs/234?Maybe they were out or the docs are out but that means I have lost 6kgs since the docs 3days ago!!!!I will find out on thursday when I weigh myself again.Then it will be a week officially,cant wait now!!This is really helping me to write this all down,get it off my chest.My husband doesnt want to hear about any improvements,he would rather I stay how I am.Oh well you guys are helping me heaps,THANKS :grin: :-D
