Greetings everyone!
I'm brand new to the site. Here's several ideas for small meals. My brother has been a weight lifter for over twenty years. We've had many discussions on the benefit of eating 6 small meals a day.
1/2 chicken breast broiled 1carrot
1 protein shake nonfat milk banana 2 strawberries ice
1 c. spinach 1/2 tangerine 1tsp lemon juice
2 scrambled egg whites
1 slice grilled eggplant cooked with pam 2 tbsp reduced fat mozarella-cheese
handful raw almonds
1 apple 1/2 serving cottage cheese
