Welcome to the forum! I read your sample meals and was wondering
about protein content... It seems that the main protein source is in the
morning at breakfast. Is there a reason for this? I usually balance out
all of my meals, but it there's an advantage to this for muscle building
and keeping my metabolism high at the same time, I'd love to learn
more about it.
