 Hi back again have been sticking to my diet well so far,good old phen to the rescue.I did eat a couple of the kids lollies,but only a few,they are only a bit of sugar.I should take all measurements and write them down.I have done that before and it did help.I went on a crazy diet when I was about 22.One roll with no butter,tomato low fat cheese,a slice of ham,lettuce,pickles,capsicum[or whatever salad in the fridge],at lunch time.Thats it nothing else,I drank tea with sweetener/skim milk or water or diet drinks/cola/lemonade etc.I kept this up for 3months!No phen,no diet drugs of any kind.I also did my aerobics tape every day,without fail!!!Oh to be 22 again and have the willpower/no kids/no stress!I still have the diary with all the measurements/weightloss written in it.I got down to 61kgs/135lbs,I only stopped because everyone was telling me I looked too skinny/lanky.I went back to eating 3 meals but still stricktly watched the fat/calorie content.I kept up the aerobics too for over a year.My weight went up to 68kgs/150lbs and stayed there for the year I kept it all up.I think my ideal weight is sopposed to be around that weight if I eat/exersice properly.Ohhh those were the days!!
