no advantage eating the majority of your protein in the morning, spread through out the day as evenly as you can is best.
although I know some people do it because it wakes them up.
you can also make a full sandwhich and eat half one time and the other half another, this can be applyed to many other foods. cut a vegitable, fruit, etc in half and stick it in a bag. remember you want a calorie deficit of your maintenance level.
