Thanks Magenta and Ian!!! Today I still had a slight headache, but felt quite energized, which is nice. So far I've exercised 40 mins and had the following to eat: 1 cup cereal w/ 1 cup milk, 2 nectarines, and a small baguette sandwich w/ turkey, cheese and tomato. For dinner I'm apparently eating some salmon with some kind of vegetable (my mom's making it). Not a big fan of salmon, but oh well- at least it's slimming!!! Plus I heard fish is good for the brain and I need all the help I can get in that area...Hope I'm not boring you all too much with this...it actually really helps to write it all down though. 8-) Hopefully I will eventually have before and after pictures to post....!
