Myself, I take the ultra mega gold from the local GNC. It has real nice b-complex in it plus all of the other vit... you need. If you think to go that route then I would look into the version for the women. The b-complex isn't as strong and it should be at the amount you need. As for speeding up your wait loss... It couldn't hurt... It will make you fell better and when you fell good. Then the sky is the limit. What does everyone else think?
