Well gald to see you back on here. It sounds like this pill treat us the same. I find myself tired after about 6 hrs from taking the pill. I have probs. sleeping either. I find it harder to get up in the morning. That is weird b/c I have always been a morning person.
And yes start off slow if you have to. You have the rest of your life to go hard core... Just take it day by day.
