Ive been on it since june 9. For breakfast I have cereal and yogurt. for a snack I'll have fruit or those 100 calories snacks. Lunch I've been having salad and a lean cuisine or a weight watchers frozen dinner, and some fruit or a sandwhich. Dinner I'll have a salad and frozen dinner, or subway, or vegetarian pasta w/ a salad, and a bowl of fruit and yogurt. When I'm at work I put a bunch of those 100 calorie fruit snacks, graham crackers, ritz snacks and wheat thins, so I'll have one of those for a snack after dinner, or a bowl of cereal. If I don't have time to make something in between jobs, I got that CALORIE KING FAST FOOD BOOK. It has listings of all kinds of fast food places and restaurants, so I can look at the nutrition values and find something more healthy. You can get that online at CALORIEKING.COM. I have one in my house and one in my car. I have really been watching what I eat and have been cutting back on the junk food and increasing my fruits and vegtables and drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day, so I really don't know why I'm bruising so easily.
