There's a book that I got that has the nutritional information for restaurants and fast food places so if you have to eat there you can choose something better for you. You can get it off the website CALORIEKING.COM. It's been really helpful when we were moving a couple of weeks ago and all the cooking stuff was packed in a box. That whole week I ate fast food and I still lost 2 pounds. My grandma in So Cal burns everything so you don't get to eat much with her.
