I try to eat before I work out so I'm not starving when I'm finished. What should I eat before I work out and when should I eat. Also my upper body strength sucks, what kind of exercises should I do and how much weight should I use. Because of my weak wrists and tendinidous in my hands it's hard to do push ups and stuff like that. Is there a way I can strengthen my wrists and relieve some of the pain in my hands. I'm 23 and I started getting the pain in my hands when I was 19. I work with kids and I'm a cashier in a retail store, so I need the use of my hands. The only thing the dr told me to do was take motrin and gave me arthritious cream which burns. I feel old, is there anything else that I can do?
