It was only those 2 days that I ate "bad" things. Otherwise, I usually eat a salad for one meal every day and I have carrots or an apple or whatever fruit we have in the house for a snack twice a day.
I go through almost 2 big liter size bottles of water a day and that's about all I can handle.
For me, I think it is a good idea to make things off limits because I think it causes me to slip back into eating unhealthy things more and more.
