So far today I ate:
breakfast- 1.5 cups honey bunches of oats cereal (I can't give it up even if it isn't super healthy, it's sooo good) w/ milk.
lunch- left over indian food-rice and chicken in a spinach cream sauce type of thing.
dinner- who knows yet...
I've been drinking lots of water, and have already got my 40 mins exercise in but am thinking about doing a little more later this evening...and I need to try and work in a couple pieces of fruit and some veggies today.
