You might consider resistance training. The amount of muscle mass you have has a direct connection with a how many calories you burn and contributes to the greatest fat burning potential between cardio or weight lifting. You might also consider doing high intensity interval cardio which will cause you to burn more overall calories.
It doesn't look like you're getting enough protein, fiber and good fats in your diet. You might try working the veggies and fruit into two snacks between your meals to keep the metabolic fires burning.
