I don't know about the b12 since I'm not taking it. But things to avoid are caffine, alcohal, and suddafed. I drink raspberry ice tea instead of soda and I haven't noticed anything. I did notice when I drink soda I have to go to the bathroom more. Avoid alcohal because it can increase the dizziness side effect and suddafed or other decongestants that are stimulants, I guess cuz the phen is already making your heart rate increase they don't want it to increase more with suddafed. Did you get a list of side effects when you started taking phen? If not you should go look them up, I'm not sure if I've covered everything, I threw my side effects list away, but those are what I remember. Hope that helps some.
