hey thanks magenta for the reply... I know what you mean by the temporary fix.. for me when they banned ephedra... my hunger didnt really increase any more than it what it was when i wasnt on the ephedra... i just went back to my old ways and old eating habits.... i kind of got side tracked.... but im not going to make that mistake this time... i only plan on being on the phentermine 3 or 4 months at the most but this time when i come off since i now know how easy it is to gain it all back if i dont continue good eating habits, I wont make that same mistake again.
