 Hi Kavetra,I was looking on another weight loss site[traitor I am]and they were talking about ephedra and how it was banned.They said ephedrine is the same thing and that cold/flu or hayfever tabs have it in them.They are taking a couple of those in the morning instead! :eek: They also said it acts in the same way and gives them energy and stops the hunger pangs at a pinch of the cost!I dont know if it is safe to do this or what long term affect is but they are all doing it! :shock: Have you heard of this? :smile:
