Hey strengthsports, thanks for the advice. I usually do eat more healthily than that, although you're right, I do tend to lean more towards carbohydrates than proteins, and that's not a good thing I guess. Anyway, I weighed myself today and have lost 2 lbs since last tuesday. I really don't think the phentermine is helping me to lose the weight anymore and I can tell that I've grown immune to it. The only thing it does do is curb my appetite a LITTLE bit. Sooo the only reason I'm really losing weight (albeit SLOWLY) is because I'm exercising and trying not to eat much. Oh well, I'm atleast happy that I lost SOMETHING this week. I hope I can continue losing. I'm now 18 lbs away from my short-term goal...
