Really!!! Actually thats exactly what i'm doing. Excercising at 6am-7am that is walking at least 2miles a day, and eating 'way" healthier and smaller and drinking nothing but "tons" of Water! My energy level is sky rocketed I will go and weigh in on Sunday August 14 ,2005 the last time I checked my weight was on Saturday August 7,2005 at a whopping 284lbs. When I do weigh in I will be for certain to post it! I greatly do appreciate your concerns please dont stop, because I need all of the encouragement that I can get! Thanks!
