hi ian...is this your site?....i just wanted to say that ima 20year old female...been on the atkins diet for about 2months now...lost roughly 8Kg...i got about another 5Kg to lose, but the weight loss slowed down a little bit...i do at least one hour exercise a day and i deffinately dont cheat on this diet...my problem area is around my stomach and on my arms mainly...any suggestions as to how i can speed up the weightloss? i drink a lot of water as well,and understand that you cant target fat loss...but i was wondering if you had any recomended exercises or anything at all to help?...thanks
