Ok every body... after the date is August 16th and I said I would give everyone an update... and here it is 9.5lbs lost... WOW :eek: I cant believe it... but I shole aint complaining.. these pills are like 100% better then the ephedra and i thought I would never find anything as good as those... I find my selft at times forcing my self to eat... espeicially if i am real busy... sunday i was spring cleaning and it was 9:45pm and i suddenly realized...hey... i aint ate nothin today yet...... the only draw backs is that i get head aches but pop a few ibuprophen pills and thats done with... GO GO GO PHENTERMINE... anyway so far im VERY VERY pleased.... stay tuned for the next update August 28th... (GOD willing :grin: ) take care every one and good luck :grin:
