if you can see a difference but there's no difference on your scale, that should be an indication that you are losing fat and building muscle. Personally I believe that is a much better indicator of your health improvement. I have known many people who lost whole sizes before they ever lost any noticeable weight. After a while the weight started dropping. If you can tell the difference in the fit of your clothes, I'd say you are doing fantastic. Gongratulations!!! =D> :gg2:
