Im a tad bit frustrated with myself. After working out ALL WEEK-not missing a single day, there has been ZERO change in weight. I have lost 1 inch around my stomach since last week, but the scale wont budge. Can anyone explain this? Im so upset.
This now gives me the drive to work out 1 hour + each day at the gym UNTIL i see things change.
I did measure my body fat this week. Since April I have lost 9 % body fat!  So that is something to be happy about.
