At least you didn't gain a pound or two. It was probably muscle gain. But if you have hit a plateu your body is trying to catch up with the weight loss. Mix up your work out. Increase your work out by 10 min each day and do every other day of cardio and weights and see how your body does. If you do the same work out your body will get used to it and it wont work as hard, so you need to push yourself. Good luck.
