Hi...I am still a bit confused on what exactly the zone diet suggests. Is it basically a balance of carbs and protein for each meal? Could someone possibly give me a short summary of the whole idea of the zone diet?
If the balance thing is correct, I find this hard to do for breakfast. I am a student and need a fast breakfast...so I usually have oat bran cereal with fat free milk. Adding protein seems hard because I don't really have time to cook anything. Should I buy a protein bar or something? Well any help would greatly be appreciated.
