I think this will help me keep focused. I weighed in at 150 today and I am very happy. I am worried about my will power this weekend but I am going to try to stay focused. I am addicted to the scale so yes I weigh everyday. I think I am going to have my fiance hide it and give it to me every monday of this journey. He would to love to have that control. HE HATES MY SCALE. He says that number always determines what mood i am going to be in that day. He is being very supportive though. I am lucky enough to be a cardiopulmonary therapist so my co workers have done 3 EKG's on me this week. The phen is not effecting my heart at all yet. I did order these online but the doctors that I work with at the hospital are watching me. We also did my blood pressue and all is well there also. I am a little more at ease about this now that I know that it is not effecting my health.
