I have used for 14 years and I can't stop taking it because of the energy it gives you. I have energy , but the last 3 yrs. I began putting on weight again. I am Working out and barely eating and I can't stop the lbs. from coming on one by one. When I started at 146 lbs. height 5'3" in 1991 I lost down to 118 and could maintain that weight around 120-123 for about 10 yrs., I have put off having children because I have always had a weight problem as a child and if I stop taking it, I know I will regain even more and have no energy and want to sleep my life away. This year I am back at 146 again and starving myself and nothing is working anymore. Please help!!!
